HOMEBLOXXThe future of living
For leaders

Build a town with us.

HomeBloxx works with three kinds of partners. Each one starts with land and a group of people ready to build.

For companies

Your people stay when they have a home

16–21%
of salary to replace one worker
4.8%
quit rate with home help
12.6%
quit rate without
~$234K
a year kept by a 300-person company
  1. You bring the land and the backing.100 to 200 acres, about an hour from the city.
  2. Your people build it.Our master builders lead teams of five. Your workers learn the trade and build their own homes in the town factory.
  3. Your workers make one monthly payment. The title is in their name. No sticker price and no bank loan.
  4. Never a "company town."The worker keeps the home even if they leave the job. An independent trust holds the land and the rules, and every town has more than one employer.

Sources: replacement cost from the Center for American Progress; quit rates from Aurora Health Care's home-buying program. Savings example: 300 workers at $50,000 a year.

For churches and communities

A church is a community, not a building

Too many churches are a building people drive to from far away. A TownBloxx community lives together. Everyone looks after someone, and everyone runs a business. Together they take in the homeless, the widows and the elderly.

  • 12 to 15 founders who share the vision.
  • About 100 families, each bringing a trade.
  • Grow to about 150 people, then plant the next town.
  • A healing resort and clinic at the center.

For homelessness

Two years from the street to a home they built

Not a shelter, a ladder. Each step is earned, and everyone who climbs it builds the next step for someone else.

Days 1–90 · The reset

A clean 12×12 cube with a door that locks. Real food, honest work on the land, and a care team watching over every person.

Months 4–12 · Learn and build

Join a team of five under a master builder, learn a trade and build their own 12×24 home.

Year 2 · Home

Move into the home they built and start the monthly payment. Now they help build for the next person.
