HOMEBLOXXThe future of living
A four-bloxx HomeBloxx home built around a private courtyard with an open roof
HomeBloxx · Nashville, Tennessee

Healthy homes, built by the people who live in them.

HomeBloxx is a modular home system. TownBloxx is the town that builds it. One monthly payment, no sticker price, no bank loan.

Two parts, one plan

A home that grows with you, in a town that takes care of its own.

HomeBloxx · the home

Every home is made of the same strong 12×24-foot bloxx. Start with one. Add more as your family grows, around a private courtyard. Bolted, glued and screwed together in a factory, with natural materials and clean low-voltage power.

TownBloxx · the town

The first building in every town is the factory. The people who move in build the homes, run the shops, grow the food and keep the money in town. A healing resort sits at the center.

How it works

No asking price. Just one monthly payment.

  1. Land comes first.Beautiful land outside the city, held so it can never be sold out from under the people living on it.
  2. Then the factory.Homes are built in a town factory by teams of five: one leader, four builders and one apprentice.
  3. Residents build their homes.New residents learn a trade and help build the town they will live in.
  4. One payment covers life.Home, power, water, health care, shared cars and more, for far less than city living.

Who we build with

Companies

Give your workers a home they own and build themselves. People stay when they have a home.

Communities and churches

A church is people living together, not a building. Start a town of about 150 people with 12 to 15 founders.

Ending homelessness

Not a shelter, a ladder. Two years from a locked starter cube to a home they built with their own hands.
